Dear Happy M5 Customer,

In response to a security vulnerability found in almost all network devices
running TCP/IP, a software patch needs to be applied to the core routing and
switching infrastructure that supports M5 hosting's systems.
The application of the patches may require up to 30min to install and reboot
the routers and switches. During this time your services hosted with us may not
be available.

Additionally, at around this time we will reboot all our servers for a
kernel patch to take effect. The reboot of our systems will take about 10min.
It has been more than 100 days since the last reboots.

The time window for all of the above work will be between 1:00am and 2:00am
4/22/04. This time was chosen to minimize the impact on your service.

Thank you !
Mike
