Dear Happy M5 Hosting Customer,

This evening after 10pm, we will perform some minor maintenance which
may affect you.

Shared Hosting Customers:
We monitor all of our servers and network devices very closely. We keep metrics
on many aspects of performance, utilization and security. We use this data to
identify trends and patterns. We also use this data to predict failures and
identify when thigs aren't working as designed. We have identified a possible
performance problem which may require a reboot to resolve.
We will reboot this system after 10pm this evening. The downtime will be kept
to a minimum. We expect less than 5 minutes of downtime for shared hosting
customers. The last downtime for the server was a scheduled reboot, 256 days
ago. The last loss of connectivity was due to the planned installation of a new
firewall, more than a year ago (June 20th, 2004).

Colocation and Dedicated Server customers:
No downtime is expected for dedicated server customers or colocation
customers. The last loss of network connectivity was during the installation of
a new firewall, more than a year ago (June 20th, 2004).

If you have problems or questions relating to this maintenance or for
any other reason, please send an e-mail message to support[at]m5hosting.com.

Thank you for your trust and your business !
Mike
